Dangal is the new biggest Bollywood release this year after Salman Khan’s Sultan and Shahurkh Khan’s Dear Zindagi. Dangal stars Aamir Khan in the lead role along with Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra to bring us the true life epic of Mahavir Singh Phogat, a wrestler who trained his two daughters to win the Gold medals at Olympics and other Championships. The trailer received the biggest buzz of the year receiving praise from the whole film industry and the stakes are very big on this one. The movie has been released on December 23, 2016 all over the world including USA, UAE and UK. Dangal is the real life story of hard work, passion and dreams of Mahavir Singh Phogat, a retired wrestler who had the broken dream of winning a Gold medal in Olympics but couldn’t achieve it. But his heart still wanted that gold medal for India and he wanted to fulfill that dream by training his Son but ultimately gets blessed with 4 daughters. As an Orthodox father, Mahavir succumbs into depression only to discover that his 2 newborn daughters are fighters from inside and born wrestlers. Geeta Phogat and Babita Phogat start training along with their father oppressing gender equity, pain and breaking gender stereotypes. Geeta Phogat wins the Gold in Commonwealth Championship followed by Babita Phogat in the following years.
